I’m officially back!

That’s right.  After several months of unfocus, I am now going to concentrate on reaching my weight watchers goal.  Only 14-24 pounds to go (we’ll see when I remove 14 pounds where I stand).  I am copying the notes from Rhonda today.

Keys to success:

  • prepare yourself
  • ask for help
  • take care of yourself

Action Step:

What needs to happen regarding your habits or food preparation to manage your summer events?

So the message is let’s apply these habits in weight loss and in life!

Now to another topic: Today I started working on Farm Credit’s youtube channel – I’m going to focus more on that tomorrow. However, I got the beef month video posted!  It’s linked below.

Now I am getting ready for Katie to come over for a shopping, dining and spend the night extravaganza!  Signing off for now!
